The knoster model

The Knoster Model is a five-stage model that provides a structured approach to managing change. It was developed by Hendrik Knoster, a consultant and change management expert, in the early 1990s. The model consists of five stages: Unfreeze, Change, Refreeze, Refreeze, and Refreeze. WebKotter’s award-winning methodology is the proven approach to producing lasting change.
