Configuration is dead simple: Plug in the board, add 2 lines to the config.txt and reboot. The config varies depending on the kernel version. The dtoverlay goes on the Pi that has the HiFiBerry MiniAmp attached to it. I missed that you are using a HiFiBerry Amp so you may not need that overlay.
