WebMar 15, 2024 · Cannot make video or voice calls in MS Teams - buttons are greyed out. As the title says, the buttons and ability to make video calls are not possible, the buttons are inactive - greyed out. In the mean time I've been using Zoom and WhatsApp. I have a paid Microsoft365 personal account.

WebAug 18, 2024 · 1. Go to Settings > Apps > Google on your phone. 2. Clear data of Google App by tapping Storage and Cache, click on Clear Cache. 3. Then go to Manage Space, and tap Clear All Data.
