Sounds like that is where this is going wrong. There was an issue recently with the home assistant smartthings integration where the link made in that page was incorrect. Web_I was seeing “Invalid refresh token” in my HA logs for smartthings at startup (after a rollback). I was able to resolve this without deleting and reinstalling the SmartThings integration.
