This switch tells the tractor when its in gear an when it's in 4th gear it won't go in reverse. The wires that go to said switch on my mx110 came loose and it did similar thing. Its been OK. I think it has maybe 6000 hrs. It has had a lot of work done to it. front planetaries, hyd pump, mid-coupler, lower trans, PTO work. I don't know why it has needed so much. We never have any issues with our Magnums with the same drivers. I bought it brand new and we've treated it well. adelineartdcom
